This Privacy Policy explains how Launch.llc ("Launch.llc", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit launch.llc or submit a request through our site. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

The short version: we collect the details you give us in our form, we use them to arrange and prepare for your setup call, and if you separately consent, we may share them with a third-party formation partner so it can contact you about formation services and may pay us a referral fee. You can opt out of that sharing at any time.

Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, general location, business type, ownership, formation timeline and anything you write in the notes field of our form.
Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring pages, collected through standard server logs and any analytics tools we use.
Cookies: we and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

2. How we use your information

To review your request, arrange your free setup call and provide general LLC formation guidance.
To explain formation options and, when relevant and authorized by you, facilitate a referral to a third-party formation partner.
To contact you by email or phone about your request, where you have agreed to this.
To operate, secure and improve the site.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

3. How we share your information

If you select the optional partner-consent checkbox, we may share the information you submit with a third-party formation partner so that partner can contact you about LLC formation and related services. The partner may pay us a referral fee or purchase the referral. This sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under some US state privacy laws, and you have the right to opt out as described below.
